Cabin rates are charged per unit per night, while campsite rates include the number of guests shown, with additional guests charged per person per night. Beachview cabins and powered campsites are limited and subject to availability.

Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been received, and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• 90–61 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
• 60–30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• 29–15 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee
• 14–0 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a No-Show: 100% cancellation fee

Amendments and postponements

• Requests to amend or postpone a reservation are subject to availability and the approval of the property.
• If an amendment or postponement is approved, the reservation will be repriced based on the published rate applicable to the new travel dates. Where the published rate is higher than the original confirmed rate, the higher rate will apply.
• If the published rate for the new travel dates is lower than the original confirmed rate, the original confirmed rate will remain applicable.
• Requests received within the applicable cancellation period may still be subject to the relevant cancellation fees and is at the discretion of the property.
• An amendment or postponement does not override or replace the applicable cancellation policy.
• Once an amendment or postponement has been confirmed, the revised reservation will be treated as a new booking for rate purposes. Original rates, availability, and promotional offers cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the property.

The booker/guest is responsible for managing their reservation. Reservations will not cancel automatically and remain the responsibility of the booker/guest until cancelled or released in writing. Failure to cancel a reservation (whether provisional or guaranteed) within the applicable cancellation period will result in the relevant cancellation fees being charged.

 By accepting the published rate, the booker/guest acknowledges and agrees that the rate confirmed at the time of booking is the applicable rate for that reservation. Should the property offer a different or lower rate before or after the booking is made, the original confirmed rate will remain applicable to the reservation.
